Rolling-contact
bearings are assembled on the two end of the body to support
the main spindle, the main spindle and the turbine fastened
on it, driven by the motor through the belt, rotate in a high
speed. Driven by the strong rotating airflow, the materials
fed into the chamber are rubbed,impacted and regrinded fiercely
between the vanes of the impeller and the grinding blocks. During
this process, the turbine draws in volumes of air to cool the
grinding blocks and convey fine powder. The fineness of the
powder also lies on the materials, the shape and size of the
screen, the flux of material and airflow.
